hello I would like help to make my aux2 button that is normally used for the volume menu and scroll through the fonts, I use the matt macgeary fork, that the button has a use during the font that when pressed once it can say a phrase of some character or some sound effect or sound of effort or angry, in the programming maybe put in this font teensy sf for example when pressing aux2 use these sounds when doing short click, do this other with long click and do this another with hold aux2, need to know what modify in the .ino
You probably don't have to modify the ino file to do this. Probably what you want to do is to copy one of the files in the prop directory, modify it and then use that.
+1 to profezzorn. You likely will want to create your own props file from one of the saber props (either the original or one or the button mod ones from folks).
You will have to override the EVENTID case handling for your desired button behavior. You will need to have a basic knowledge of the OS and C++ to do so. Good luck and let us know what you come up with!
jedipadawanmelissa: oh ok ....well it's the newest soundboard on the block

ARKM: He states which one he's looking for install info for in his Shoutbox post. That being the Korbanth (the vendor who sells the saber) skinnyflex (the name of the saber model).

ARKM: Just an FYI, the skinnyflex is a nickname for the Anakin RotS (Revenge of the Sith or Episode III) saber and though that saber looks very similar to a Graflex saber, it most certainly is not one.

ARKM: You all send some love to Darkside Engineering. He got in a motorcycle accident a couple of days ago, broke his wrist, had surgery on it and is now in an arm cast. Please wish him a speedy recovery.

sandpeople: Yes, the korbanth version. thought I have seen a few finished install videos, nothing more than that. Korbanth told me he doesn't have any links or tutorials.

ARKM: Ed, If you're using a Darth Ryo/Goth 3Designs chassis (assuming he makes one for the Skinnyflex), he might have an install tutorial.
