GK45: megtoothsith You could pack those old LED blades in Vibranium and they would still get busted. Nov 20, 2019 16:21:06 GMT -5
GK45: I swear, people were genuinely afraid to even touch the things once they got em on the mount. That said, no one needs to trim a tree with a lightsaber. Nov 20, 2019 16:23:16 GMT -5
GK45: I doubt most heavy duelers would even want to use an LED strip blade most of the time as even if the Strip lasts, the blades don't if you want them pretty. Nov 20, 2019 16:24:41 GMT -5
jedipadawanmelissa: oh ...I'm getting neopixal and smoothswing but I heard that super heavy duelers use a Emitter placed LED based on videos but I have the nervous feeling myself but I'll learn how to use it once I receive it Nov 20, 2019 18:44:10 GMT -5
jedipadawanmelissa: anyone else heard of smoothswing it's pretty neat Nov 20, 2019 18:59:05 GMT -5
megtoothsith: I heard smoothswing once. Nov 20, 2019 21:24:03 GMT -5
ARKM: Was it in the woods at night? Did it chill you to the bone? ;) Nov 20, 2019 22:27:44 GMT -5 *
ARKM: f you ever go back into Wooly Swamp well you better not go at night
There's things out there in the middle of them woods
That'd make a strong Sith die from fright
Nov 20, 2019 22:31:34 GMT -5
ARKM: There's things that clash and things that hum
And things that swing around above ground
And they say the ghost of Lucas (George) gets up and it walks around.
Nov 20, 2019 22:31:48 GMT -5
ARKM: To be serious though, I've only heard it in videos (however I hope to hear it in person someday). It's pretty cool. Nov 20, 2019 22:36:11 GMT -5 *
Rogue 5: I'm still waiting for rough swing. Nov 21, 2019 2:02:13 GMT -5

GK45: Padawan Melissa, That's just my opinion. There is no reason you can't take a Neopixel and, assuming it is built for it it like megtoothsith's, beat it to death. You just need to know that it's going to get scuffed up and be ok with that. Nov 21, 2019 3:29:18 GMT -5 *
GK45: Just personally, at $100 plus per blade and all the work that goes into it vs $10-$20 for a heavy blade in an in hilt LED system that just takes 10 minutes to roll up the film and glue the tip. I'd much rather beat up and replace the latter. Nov 21, 2019 3:35:09 GMT -5 *
GK45: There is also no reason you can't, money permitting, just grab a 2nd blade and reserve it for when you want to show off. Money is generally tight for me, so I tend to come at these kind of things from a budget sense. Nov 21, 2019 3:42:38 GMT -5
jedipadawanmelissa: oh ok Nov 21, 2019 18:03:40 GMT -5
jedipadawanmelissa: thanks for the advice :) Nov 21, 2019 18:06:05 GMT -5
