After reading Tom's posts on the TCS 28 mm 4W Wow speaker I ordered one and it came in this weekend so I went ahead and installed. It's slightly taller than the 28mm Bass Speaker I was using so I had to trim down the speaker mount a few mm, but it fits like a charm and it sounds so much clearer. I was running the bass speaker at 1300 and it was good but on the louder sounds it would crackle a little. I have the Wow at 1900 already and its loud and crisp with no trouble. In addition to trimming the speaker mount a little bit I also removed the top foam gasket from the speaker and attached it to the pommel insert, since the speaker is slightly offset it made more sense to isolate from the insert to reduce vibration. The gaskets are just held on with a double side tape and they have two on the Wow speaker, I carefully removed the upper on and added to the insert. The speaker fits perfectly and sounds great.

Endless possibilities....
My latest style taking inspiration from some other builds, I sped up my Fireblade style and added in a new HumpFlicker effect to make it even more unstable looking.

Last night I had my first event with this saber, it went awesome, everyone loved the effects. I'm also very proud to report the dual 21700s were invaluable. We did the Carolina Hurricanes Star Wars night and I was posing for pics for close to an hour 30, the first battery lasted past the first hour and might have gone longer, but during a very brief lull I quickly toggled to the second battery to be safe. I wouldn't have had time to swap batteries in the situation so the toggle switch was great. I need to do a full test for exact run time but I was expecting the first battery to start going at the first hour mark but it was still kicking and there was no let up. I'm trying to get some pics from the event but I was super happy and excited with how it ran and how it looked in person and in pics.

I've added a "Power Up" effect to my main unstable style. This mimics a power surge running up the blade when you first ignite, then the blade normalizes.
