Thats the reaction I was hoping for, but I just wanted to be sure. I’ve always been very against the salt shaker method. It’s usually a deal breaker for me at sabers I’ve wanted to buy in the past.

Bought my set directly on Solo's Hold but don't see "paid" next to my name on the list. There anything I still need to do? Updating things still, Bear with me. Aaron’s been in the hospital over the weekend and is dealing with some things on his end so his list of paid people hasn’t made it my way yet. Rest assured the most important thing is that you (everyone) get your payment in on his website. I’ll update your status now. |

How long do I have to decide? Korbanth has these installed. I’m thinking about those... We are most likely going to end the pre-payments at the end of this month. |

Thanks Obi, I’m considering an installed set from Korbanth, but at the same time still want to save for the Maverick. Also considering the DM1 with another (2 for 1 deal). However getting these through you could mean I have five empty hilts plus my Imperial Knight making six to install. At that rate I’d never get to install any myself... (have a couple basic builds planned first from TCS if I get that far).
Unfamiliar with the proffie board, but assume the Korbanth installed blades would be a basic multicoloured Saber. Been playing with my VV Wrath’s, and just feel the need for another one (or two).

We are currently discussing this, actually: we have a couple of ideas even some very discreet ones that look very nice. While we are on the subject, and I could do a poll. Would people be open to having vents on their pommels, or is that a deal breaker? Nothing is set in stone just yet. In my experience people usually prefer adding things like that after the fact. And not have the choice made for them. Thoughts guys? Hidden vents would be great or the option to change them out for use. Yeah, I don't want to see them when they are displayed. Swappable vented ones could be a nice add-on option. |

Hello everyone, I have been afk for the last few days and just spoke with Obishane regarding the Pre orders.
I just wanted to let everyone know that every single pre order is accounted for in the system, and each person has their own client files with hardcopies as well.
Obi and I will go over the IRA thread list at some point soon, and will cross reference every person who is on the forum list here to update.( not everyone that participates is on the TRA).

I'm not sure how others feel but I'd like to add that I feel "hidden" (can't stress that enough) rather than 2 separate pommels are a better option.
I display all my sabers with the blades on and ready to use... If there's 2 pommels I'll still be stuck with salt shakers and well. I don't think I'd keep them if that was the case.
So hope you guys are working on something clever? Better sound is always a plus but looks are more important to me.
Just my opinion😁

I purchased a set back in 2015 and had them installed by scarecrows workshop he did an awesome job as always we went with the master Goth3-Designs and I'd have to say the sound isn't bad definitely not the loudest sabers I own but also not the most quiet. I'm just curious what kind of other changes could be made to make them better they are great. Maybe a different speaker option now that 22mm bass speakers are available that could be used and make an significant difference. But that would come down to the updated chassis design. They only issue I have with mine is the copper greeblies sometimes pop out other than that I can't imagine changing a thing they're awesome sabers and I'm happy to have then in my collection.

we are changing the copper greeblies to be removable with a setscrew. It will be better then Gen 1

I did ask Aaron to see if he could make some extra greeblies for those who might want to change over to the copper one that got in on our first run. The new copper and aluminum bezele greeblie will mount using a set screw as a threaded rod, all you'd need to do is NOT use it, and glue them in place like the first gen one. Or, you could drill and tap a new hole, using the alu bezel to index your hole perfectly center. but to answer your question , yeah he should be running a few extras of those. |

I just did a ridiculous thing and bought the May the 4th bundle from TCSS. Six hilts (one being DM1) plus my Imperial means eight empties! I really don’t know if I want to make it ten. |

Awesome thanks. Do you have any idea what we can expect for a new chassis? I’d be looking to upgrade to proffieboard and neopixel. I haven”t touched bases with Ryo on the design for some weeks now. The goal is to move over to new recharge port and kill switch combo like on our Kanan. That alone will free up some needed space. Fitting a larger battery in the smaller hilt is also a large goal, which would also let you neopixel it without issues. |
