Received mine. They look fantastic! Is the 2016 parts/assembly rundown still applicable, or will an updated one be posted? Thanks!

I will make a new video, we upgraded the copper button to be screwed in with a 3-48 set screw. Other then that yes the old video is applicable.

Any recommendations on semi-permanent & permanent adhesives? Yes, use locktite 648 (green kind) on the bunny ears. Be sure to acetone the parts down well before doing it. Apply pressure and let sit at least 12 hrs. For semi permanent stuff the list is endless, one guy said e600 but I haven't used that in a while, hot glue (yes, lol, hot glue) can work very well when utilized correctly. You basically want something that can withstand shock and vibration, something that has a little give to it.

Solo's Hold to the front desk please. The bunny ears don't use screws, but are to be held in place with industrial adhesive. I use locktite 648. There is an indexing pin there to get your alignment right.

Any suggestions/recommendations on where to get blade plugs for these new ones? These sabers are killer. Great work guys!

I say we nudge ARKM to perhaps do a limited production. I know he has a lot going on aside from sabers, but his work is outstanding.
Just a thought.

Very cool - what if we want them to be neopixel? Unfortunately I do not offer neopixel blade plugs at this time but I'm sure my blade plugs can be modified by others to work with them.

Quick question for the group! I'm new to the world of sabers, and will be using these as static props for the time being, so trying to put them together myself. Is anyone else having trouble getting the 6/32 buttonhead screws through the shroud and chassis for the covertech and rear stack? The screws are going through the chassis and shroud threads individually, but my theory is that the threads perhaps do not align perfectly when trying to run it through both parts aligned. It will go through the shroud but when it reaches the chassis, it will not go through the rest of the way. Afraid to force it for fear of ruining the threads. I had this issue on both sabers in all 4 locations.
I watched the video several times diligently to make sure I'm using the right screws in the proper locations. Just curious if anyone else has had this issue or has any advice! Thanks!

Sorry if I missed it in the video, but what size/type switches are recommended to use?

File down the bottom of the black insert and it will line up and the screws will go in without issue. It's a shame that you have to do this at this price point.
