Hey Gang! If you have a second, would you please let me know if my wiring diagram looks correct?
Tri-CREE RGB on LED1,2,3 (Main Blade) (LEDs receive PWM power from Battery and LED Pads are Negatives)
0805 SMD LED's on LED4,5,6 (Crystal Chamber) (LEDs receive PWM power from Battery and LED Pads are Negatives)
0805 SMD LED's on Data2,3,5 (Emitter for The Firean Effect) (LEDs receive PWM power from Data Pads and Negatives are Ground)
0805 SMD LED on Data4 (Blade ON Indicator) (LED receives conventional power from Data Pad and Negative is Ground)
0805 SMD LED's from 3.3V (Power ON Indicator and Bluetooth ON Indicator) (LEDs receive power from 3.3V Pad and Negatives are Ground)
Bluetooth is powered by 3.3V (RX goes to TX, TX goes to RX) (HM-13 Bluetooth receives power from 3.3V Pad and Negative is Ground)
Crystal Motor is powered by 3.3V (Motor receives power from 3.3V Pad and Negative is Ground)
Button 1 is Activation/Deactivation
Button 2 is Aux
Button 3 is additional Deactivation for The Firean Effect at BladeOff event
And just to double check, the Data Pads are sending 4.2V or whatever the Battery is currently outputting, correct?
Now, I know what you're thinking, the Recharge Port (2.1mm Jack) and the Kill Switch to the Tri-CREE don't look totally correct,
I simply haven't decided which to go with if I only need one or the other, or if I need to go with both.
I may or may not have room for one or the other in the hilt and I haven't received the switch yet to determine IF it will fit. I know the recharge port will be a tight fit.
Trying to include it after having designed the chassis initially without one for a CF-8/9 with dual cell is proving to be a pickle.
The chassis is still drawn up to have a removable battery, so I don't really need a recharge port.
That's what I get for designing an Activation Box with three micro switches in it before figuring out 0.4VA switches miiiiiiiight not carry 3A. But would one carry the load of the ProffieBoard?
Oh, and the resistor values shown are the calculated values, but not the final actual values of whatever resistors I end up choosing.
The Tri-CREE resistors will all be 3W, just to be safe, and if I can squeeze them in there.
But for now, here's what I've come up with...

If I did it correctly, I'm one step closer to beginning the Cramming of my FU! It sure won't be tonight though, it's WAY too late, my eyes are starting to cross, and I have to get to bed!
