I just noticed that you have ENABLE_SSD1306 in your config. (You do have a display, right?) I have not measured power behavior with a display.

I tried it with your config file. I got slightly better results with 6.x compared to 5.9. Mostly because 6.x turns off the display sooner than 5.9 does. But even after that, 6.x seems to be a few percent better.

But even after that, 6.x seems to be a few percent better. I don't have a display on this setup, Not sure why I put that in there, LOL, But would that cause drain even if no display is present? I used this config on 2 different Hilts and both died within 5 days. Would the blades being installed be the source of the drain?

Yes, it would cause battery drain even if no display is present. Try removing that and see if gets better.
