I just noticed that you have ENABLE_SSD1306 in your config. (You do have a display, right?)
I have not measured power behavior with a display.

I tried it with your config file.
I got slightly better results with 6.x compared to 5.9.
Mostly because 6.x turns off the display sooner than 5.9 does. But even after that, 6.x seems to be a few percent better.

But even after that, 6.x seems to be a few percent better. I don't have a display on this setup, Not sure why I put that in there, LOL, But would that cause drain even if no display is present? I used this config on 2 different Hilts and both died within 5 days. Would the blades being installed be the source of the drain? |

Yes, it would cause battery drain even if no display is present.
Try removing that and see if gets better.
