With this finale You can tell this ep is very Rodriguez. He's got a very specific style that I think might not play out very well in Star Wars or at least seems jarring when compared to what you see Howard and Filoni do. He directed it but didn't write it. So the dialogue is solid, mostly, actually great on some areas, but the action sequences and pacing are very stylized and clash with what we usually see. He's directed 3 eps this season and they are all kinda like this. Ep1, Mos Vespa, and then this. THIS is maybe the issue. LOL Mos Vespa. now THAT's funny.

Ooooh guys, I gotta disagree about Luke. I didn't think he came off very well. I don't know why they wrote him as being so hung up on attachment. Wasn't it Luke's attachment in ROTJ that proved Vader could be saved? Wasn't the dogmatic/stringent ways of the Jedi Order part of what led to their downfall? You'd think Luke of all people would recognize this and reshape the Order to reflect this better outlook. Then, to have Grogu -a child- make such a hasty life-altering decision seems rather harsh. Then to send him alone to a hostile planet when it's been established that without training, he'll always be in danger is pretty reckless. At least take him yourself! I know. That puts him in the fight which they didn't want. On top of that, Luke's demeanor is too rigid. It's one thing to make him more stoic or introspective if you will, but he comes off as emotionless here. Still better than TLJ On a positive note, the deepfakes are getting better but still not quite there. I didn't love his ninja costume but I didn't hate it either. It's something different I guess. I hardly watched any of the Clone Wars or Rebels cartoons but I'm familiar with Cad Bane. I thought he translated well into live-action. He and Cobb Vanth actually had the most charisma out of everybody. I don't think he's dead either. He's too good of a character to let go of this soon. But if he is, it was fitting to die at the hands of Boba. Boba using the Rancor to defeat that mech droid was cool but how the heck did he get there so fast from Jabba's palace? And yes I was thinking the same about why do they keep shooting the shields when it didn't do anything. If they established that a constant barrage of fire can weaken the shields enough to penetrate it, that'd be one thing. And did Boba really think the 9 people he has working for him were enough to defend an entire spaceport sized city? Hey, at least he and Mando remembered to use their rocket-packs this time. Best thing for me? Seeing Yoda's lightsaber and remembering that NerfWorx is making a new run I'm kind of thinking that Luke sort of did for Grogu what Obi and Yoda had to do with him in ESB? He HAD to go save Han and Leia? But Luke promised to come back to Dagobah where Luke kind of gave Grogu an ultimatum so yeah it is a bit peculiar? As far as the droid shields I was wondering why he didn't just go get Slave 1 and destroy those RoboCop droids in a second?🤔

I've taken to really like this guys review vids! He's 100 convinced Rodriguez has to go! He's probably right he makes a lot of good points! I actually really liked the episode much better the 2nd time and wasn't dissatisfied with the series as a whole but since the ST my bar has been set SO MUCH LOWER😅🤣🤣 as long as it's considerably better than those I think it's good! 🤪 This vid is worth a watch

Save the Rancor for a battle at Jabba's palace where he would already be.

I thought I was done watching Boba reviews but since the basis of this vid is to compare the Book of Boba to Star Wars Bounty Hunter (my favorite game story ever!) I had to check this one out!
This gentleman is quite a bit more negative towards the show than I am but man this review is worth a watch! Especially if you know Star Wars Bounty Hunter well!
