Good afternoon everyone!
I am trying to build some 3/4 inch neopixel blades with SK6812 strips in them, as the larger ws2811 don't fit into such a confined space with everything that needs to be in the blade.
My question/problem is: can i create a second(or third or fourth) BladeConfig section to match the smaller LED strip and use the blade ID function to be able to quick swap it out for a normal sized blade, depending on need? If so, what would that look like in the Config file?
any help is much appreciated! thanks in advance for your time.

Interesting. I have two blades, each blade using a different led strip, one ws2811 and one sk6812, and the 6812 blade doesn't light up at all. I've got everything wired correctly, they have the ID resistors, and they both have the same number of LEDs in the strip, so I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working.
Any insights would be very useful, thank you!

If you did, then it would work. Unless the sk6812 strip is just broken of course.

Yeah, I was hoping that wasn't the case, but I may just have two strips that crapped out.
Of note, the sk6812 strip is a 3535 strip, not the bigger 5050 strips people normally use. That wouldn't have any effect, correct?

Correct, I use sk6812 strips a lot, there is no difference in the configuration.
