USB cable disconnected while programming ProffieBoard

Thanks to Brian Conner which solved my problem
It was enough to reset Proffieboard by pressing the two keys on the board to send it into STM 32 Bootloader mode.
Leaving it in that mode, I opened the Arduino and sent the programming to one of the two available COM ports (COM 4 worked for me).
It worked and now everything is back to the way it was before

I have a problem.
The USB cable was disconnected while programming a 2.2 proffieboard with Arduino (it had reached 60%)
My PC and Arduino no longer see the USB serial port of the Proffiedoard.
I pressed the two reset buttons on Proffieboard and reinstalled the STMBootloader driver with Zadik.
When I disconnect and reconnect USB cable the PC does not see Proffieboard.
What can I do?
Did I burn Proffieboard or is there a way I can reprogram it?
Any ideas?
