I'll update the list as soon as I have the time folks  Meanwhile, quick answer. How will they be made? If they are 3D printed them I'm out. Not 3D printed no, but I don't have details yet. We're are taking interest precisely to see if it is worth brainstorming to make it, ... The usual  If the Force Witch was any indication, strangely shaped hilts (read: not standard lathe work) tend to demand a premium figure... For sure we will be looking at having the best quality/prices as always. Just a note, these shouldn't be as tough as the Force Witch But again, I don't have details yet. Do you intend to make same size darksabers compared with previous prototype? There is no previous prototype, this is new stuff The video I have posted earlier was from a saber Vektor and I did back in the day, but has nothing to do with this interest thread. If we see there is enough interest for it, we will work into making it as accurate as it can get, as always. |

just finished watching it myself... great episode  yes, definitely want the Rebels version now lol so... we've got runs of Kanan, Ezra, and the Darksaber... when's Maul's going to appear? lol |

There's definitely more design elements in the Rebels ver. than the TCW ver. IMO Rebels ver. looks like an ancient glyph laden hilt whereas the TCW ver. lacks visual flair.

I'm hoping they will do both (if there's enough interest). I'm not sure of all the differences between the two, but the CW version looks like an unfinished Rebels version, so maybe it wouldn't have to be a separate process to create both. |

Darth Ryo, I was watching your video from the original prototype. Is there a way to have the soundboard run parallel with the wide part of the hilt instead of the narrow part of the hilt? It looks like a very thin hilt in the cartoon.
I mean, you designed the chassis for the One Replicas Qui-Gon Jinn, so I am guessing it is the same principle with this one, except turned 90 degrees.

I'd love to buy either version. Honestly I'm torn... I like the aesthetics of the rebels version better, but respect being true to the original. I'll vote TCW just to try to get things closer to an even vote since it seems to be rebels heavy.
I know I'm (brand) new to this forum, but active on another saber board (SF) with this same screen name. Saw a post about this thread on the facebook saber group, and had to head over here to check it out. I'd love to be added to this list and add a darksaber to my growing saber collection (8 and counting). No problem to get the funds together as long as there's a couple weeks notice before payment is due (so I can be sure not to have just made any other big "non-essential" purchases that might trigger a talking to from the wifey).
I would also definitely be down on trying to find a custom stand maker about getting a run of stands made that's a close fascimile of the one it's resting on in the recent episode of rebels. Just throwing this idea in the ring to see if anyone else would be on board...

Want = knew I wanted one immediately but since this is a serious interest thread I needed a lot of mulling over before I could commit.
Rebels version only for me but has to be at the normal level of amazing complete with an appropriate crystal chamber, FOC and a ripper style blade as per your special commission Darksabers.
