UPDATE TIME!
The sample is pretty much finished, and is due (ETA) next week!
Once we have approved it, we expect main production to go right ahead for our October schedule. An FAQ was if we plan on 'black box activation'... we are indeed! We'll also be working with a well known face to make it super easy to utilise this feature with a proper control box tactile switch/red & green LED holder. Not just any old PCB, but a proper plastic holder, for that extra professional finish. More details to follow.
If you still want to jump on in, there's very limited space left for these, and the early bird discount. Once the sample lands, we expect this run to sell out within a few days.
While we wait for the sample to arrive, here's a little Hero action to keep you on the edge of your seat:

Oh this is so exciting. Mine will be Proffieboard installed, and I couldn't be more giddy! Exciting things are happening in the saberworld! doing a Teensy sandwich for mine. Just won't be enough room to leverage all those data lines in the Proffie. So will use one of my bazillion Teensy v3s for my Luke sabers |

These are in final packing stages from the looks of it. Has anyone noticed that in some pics the final rib closest to the emitter is 2mm and in some 3mm? Do we know which one is going to be shipping? Likely a prototype vs final production, but I hope they got that last rib correct, given how much attention was paid to the measurements and uneven ribs. malaki, can you enlighten us as to this puzzling mystery? |
